HKS Forge machines forgings to final form

HKS Forge has started machining forgings on a special CNC machine for an automotive customer. The new workplace for the final machining of forgings should be reinforced with additional CNC machines in the spring.

In connection with the final machining of forgings for an automotive customer, the forge also had to set up an inspection facility. Thanks to the 3D forgings measurement device, it can now inspect the accuracy of final machining in great detail.
Health Day 2022 at HKS Forge

HKS Forge employees found out how physically fit they are during the Health Day. Few people were really satisfied with the results of the special examinations. The forge is now motivating employees to make a positive change.
From pallets to racks, die shop warehouse is in good order

Trnava's HKS Forge die shop has a new warehouse. The forging tools have been transferred from pallets, so the space is now much clearer. The investment saves employees and especially warehouse workers precious time.

Our technological advancements have a clear objective: to relieve our forge personnel of more difficult manual tasks, to streamline production, to produce more products and to do so in less time. Our most recent investments have been focused on clever aids that have helped us meet this objective.
Technical progress: Roughness tester moves us forward and saves the plant money

We began testing a new device to enable us to measure surface roughness after abrasive machining processes at the end of last year. Some of the forge’s customers place very high demands on this specific parameter.

Towards the end of 2018 the Energy Group, together with the employees, celebrated 25 years of its existence. At the anniversary Gala Night in Hotel sv. Ludmila there were things to remember and things to thank for, awards to be appointed and people to meet, or even to dance with.
