We set up our exhibition booth at the JobSpoTT job fair in 2018.Trnava is a city with a rich industrial history. The city is currently home to many companies in good shape, so working for one of them is an attractive proposition for local people.
We presented many of the positions we are typically looking to fill at the job fair, including forge labourers, production sheet metal workers, production electricians, mechanical and electronics specialists, CNC milling and lathe operators, and quality control personnel for our final inspection process.
We introduced ourselves to secondary school students
We also set out to compete in January 2019 for secondary school
students attending their final year and faced with the decision of what
to do next. At the JobFair/Kam po strednej job
fair, we managed to attract a number of potential candidates interested
in working in the industry. Trnava has many secondary schools with a
similar area of focus, making it important for us to present the
entry-level positions open to them at the forge.
We also visited MTF
This time our attention was
focused on university-level students at the job fair organised by the
Faculty of Material Science and Technology in Trnava. Representatives
from nearly thirty companies were invited to attend the JobDay held in
March. We didn’t want to miss out; numerous current employees studied at
the very same university and went on to find great jobs at the forge.
